Conference Venue

The 2017 Symposium will be held at the Disney Yacht & Beach Club Resorts, one of the most conveniently located Disney resorts, located along the shore of Crescent Lake, and just steps away from Epcot®. The exhibit area will serve as the venue for continental breakfast, all refreshment breaks and lunches, and will host the poster presentations as well.

Hotel Accommodations

A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference. The group room rate is $213.00 (single or double) plus tax (12.5% at the time of printing), plus $25.00 per additional persons 18 and older. There is no mandatory resort fee. The discounted rate is available for three days prior and three days after the symposium for those wishing to extend their stay and enjoy all that Walt Disney World® Resort has to offer. Accreditation and Credit Information

University Health Services Professional Education Programs (UHS-PEP) of VCU Health System is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

UHS-PEP designates this activity for a maximum of 21.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
